Prepare the roof deck

Old decking is checked and replaced where needed, then 18mm OSB3 boards are laid and fixed to the joists.

Install the trims2

Install the trims

Edge trims are cut, fitted and bonded around the perimeter of the roof before laminating begins.

Lay the fibreglass laminate3

Lay the fibreglass laminate

Resin and chopped strand matting are rolled out to form a strong, seamless waterproof laminate.

Apply the topcoat4

Apply the topcoat

A UV-stable topcoat is rolled over the cured laminate, giving the finished roof its colour and weatherproof surface.
